I can’t say enough about how thorough and professional the tech was. Jarvis did a fantastic job and wanted to make sure we were happy with the outcome. After a year of a new, high energy puppy, I never thought our carpets would come clean. But they did. Highly recommend.

Zerorez is amazing! I spilled ink from a pen on my couch cushion--heavy black stain--and it all came out from Zerorez's cleaning. It's like my couch is brand new. Tommy is a great technician. He arrived right on time and even gave me a call 30 minutes before showing up. He is excellent at customer service. Give him a raise immediately!!! Very happy with the outcome and highly recommend. I will definitely be working with Zerorez in the future.

We had our carpets cleaned today by Tommy. He was very professional and did an amazing job getting the stains out and explaining their products. The price was also very competitive. I would definitely use this company again and hanging with Tommy was fun. He was an amazing human overall! I’d give them 100 stars if I could!
