Excellent work with outstanding customer service!
Renovating the primary bath is our third home project with Vlad El. He is very accommodating with a great eye for detail and design. Most importantly, Vlad stands behind his work. We encountered a small problem with our shower once the project was completed, and Vlad stayed on top of the situation until it was resolved. He does beautiful work, as you can see from the finished pictures. Highly, highly recommend Vlad El!

We hired Vlad & El LLC to remodel the kitchen and two bathrooms in our rental property, and the results exceeded our expectations. Vlad was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. His attention to detail and craftsmanship were evident every step of the way.

The finished spaces look fantastic and have added tremendous value to the property. Our tenants especially enjoy the upgraded amenities, including the heated kitchen floor and the curbless walk-in shower with a heated tile floor, which provide both comfort and a modern, luxurious feel.

I reached out to Vlad about some grout issues in my walk-in shower. He gave me some options and in the end I decided to redo the tile on the floor. The finished product speaks for itself. It looks 100% better than it did before. Not only that but the shower functions so much better. Before our shower would stay wet for a day. Now it is dry in a couple of hours. He also put in new drain and it functions so much better as well. Vlad also came up with solutions to making cleaning the shower easier for me. He showed up on time, was very neat and communicated with me every step of the way. I would recommend him to anyone.
