After several unfortunate issues with local plumbers, my wife and I called Roto-Rooter. They were incredibly helpful, honest about costs, easy to schedule, and stayed in touch with emails and texts. Their technicians, lead by Nick Wilson, showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and actually fixed the problem. They also wore gloves and shoe covers when inside the house. We will definitely hire them again.
CJ did an excellent job clearing out my basement sump & clearing the drain that was backing up my laundry machine. they came out quickly to assess the problem, it was easy to schedule the repair, and the whole issue got resolved stress-free!
I had an unexpected plumbing problem and was able to get service quickly. Simon was respectful of property and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. Great experience for an unfortunate circumstances.
