Doctors are thorough and compassionate, taking the time to listen to patients' needs. The Arden, NC office has a large selection of frames and accommodating staff. MyEyeDr. offers packages for those without insurance.
I showed up at the WRONG location for my scheduled eye exam. Instead of turning me away, I was welcomed and accommodated by each wonderful staff member: Casey, Dr. Skierczynski, Judy and Randy. I was very impressed with this group of warm and welcoming professionals! Thank you for making me feel so welcomed.
Casey has been supremely helpful in getting to the bottom of some tricky insurance questions, and her pleasantness and effectiveness are greatly appreciated during the end of the year rush.
I recently had an appointment that was seamless. There was no wait after I completed my paperwork. Susan and Dr. Faber are amazing and listened to my concerns. I ordered new glasses and purchased a new pair of sunglasses(which I love) and I am doing a trial with contacts. I highly recommend this group of professionals for your eye care health.
