My brother has been working out with Seth for several years, and I had the pleasure of joining them for a workout while I was home visiting my family. I am super active and strength train regularly, but I’m by no means at home in a gym setting. Seth did an awesome job meeting me where I was, understanding what my goals were, and crafting a workout for both my brother and me that was challenging but totally safe. He pushes you to improve in a very encouraging and positive way, and it’s been awesome to see the difference he’s been able to make for my brother. If I lived closer would love to work out with him regularly!
I have been working out with Paige at Mountain Fitness Personal Training and it’s been going great. She definitely knows what she’s doing and pushes me harder than I would myself, but not too hard. She knows my limitations. They also talked me into doing a 5K with them and even waited for me and cheered me on at the finish line as I was way slower than the group! I now feel like I have people in my corner as far as my personal training goals go.
