I was impressed with this company. The service we were asking for an estimate on was not the right solution for our homes issues. I appreciated that they were honest about that instead of trying to sell us something that wouldn't solve the problem long term.
Received a free quote for a mini split AC heater unit in my garage. The estimate went incredibly well and customer service was amazing. Ended up going with another company due to them being significantly cheaper, but it was still great customer service.
Had a regular service call to check on our new Bosch systems installed last fall. Matt was on time and very friendly. He changed the filters, monitored the thermostats, and gave us a great idea about keeping the house even more comfortable than it had been. Mountain Air will be our go-to contractors as long as we have HVAC systems in our house!
