First of all, Randy and his team are wonderful to work with. They are fast, very easy to communicate with, and do their work with the upmost integrity and efficiency. Lightning Restoration has helped out at my parents home when their water heater flooded the basement and they helped us when the house we were renting also flooded the bottom floor. Randy's knowledge of insurance policy coverage is an added bonus!But what I really want to talk about is how they are helping to keep my team and my clients safe. Everything about my experience with Lightning Restoration of the Carolinas was exceptional. From Laurin's thorough inspection of the cracked joist in the crawl space, to her prompt estimate, to the quick response of her team to fix the problem -- I was very pleased with everything Lightning Restoration did.
