They were recommended to me by Judd Builders when I renovated my Henderson County condo in late 2020. I bought the home with an HVAC and added a mini split. I was totally happy with both and continue to have JB service my units. They come twice a year, change the filters, answer my questions, and are there when I need them. I was worried my 2007 heating/cooling system was going to give out. I called JB's and spoke to Linda, their personable and knowledgeable receptionist, who sent Mike out to our house to check things out. Mike was also knowledgeable and friendly. He taught me some useful things, and discussed brands he would recommend. He thoroughly inspected everything. Our unit was fine; he only had to replace one part. I will gladly recommend and use them again.
