Jake did a great job cleaning rugs and sofas, treating antique rugs with care. This company is a great communicator, does a fantastic job, is honest and realistic, and shows up when they say they will. Jake and Caleb were friendly and professional, gave a fair price, and finished quickly. Carpets look great and smell fresh. They are highly recommendable for carpet cleaning needs.
I spilled a black ink cartridge on my tan carpet. Called Jake at Elevation Restoration & Floor Cleaning. He & his son were here first thing the next morning. They were able to clean it & the 20–yo carpet looks brand new! Amazing work gentlemen! Thank you!
Jake at Elevation Restoration has helped me with a number of rugs, some of which were emergency situations the required fast turn-arounds. He was fairly priced and easy to coordinate and communicate with. Yes my go-to when it comes to rugs!
They did a great job on the white pet-stained carpets in our Airbnb! I was shocked they were able to lift some of the stains in the light traffic areas. Very friendly and professional staff. I wish I took a “before” photo, but this pic of the landing shows how clean they got it. Highly recommend!
