The amazing people have come to my rescue so many times! I own a business and it is networked. I can prepare a tax return with my eyes closed but don't ask me to map a network. Don has always been in my office within 24 hours to fix whatever issues I have. The pricing is very fair too!

As an artist my laptop computer is the work dog of the heart of my business. Suddenly right at the holidays while finishing commissions for holiday gifts my Alienware screen starting having a major problem. After calling around no one could help me fast. Then I noticed a review on Google about Bits & Bytes from another artist that they helped and it turned out their location was actually close to me. To say they were helpful is an understatement. They immediately helped me to temporarily connect to an extra monitor I had and ordered the new part and in a very short time they fixed the laptop at a very reasonable price. I had some friends drop of my PC that was void of warrenty from iBuyPower. Needed a power supply swap but there was also some minor issues I didn't even know about that they fixed up. Will definitely be stopping by again if I have any issues.
