“Atlantic has been in business for OVER 100 YEARS! There aren’t many companies in the entire US who can say that and one doesn’t accomplish that kind of longevity without doing some things right. So, if you are seeing negative reviews here you really have to take them with a grain of salt. Reviews are one-sided and there’s ALWAYS a back story, which the readers of the reviews never learn about. Like when tenants threaten the lives of other tenants with a weapon and have to be addressed. Or, when tenants run their mouths to people and get their property vandalized and want to blame the property management company or the landlord. Or, when tenants break into and steal things from vacant units. Or, when tenants start cussing at the landlord calling him all kinds of disparaging names and thinking that’s somehow acceptable. Or, when tenants are constantly not paying their rent and the landlord helps them many times but they never get their mess together. Then they come to Google reviews to vent because they get evicted and start slandering others. Yeah, readers never hear about that those kinds of things. Blaming the property management company and landlord is quite laughable. You always wanting something for nothing… here’s something free… advice… because it’s obvious many were never taught! Literally… GROW UP! Start adulting. PAY YOUR BILLS! Start taking some responsibility in life! Start appreciating when someone has been very good to you and return the favor by being a decent human! I can promise you Atlantic and the landlords appreciate good tenants and aren’t mistreating anyone. Complainers will always find an outlet to vent their sour grapes, but will rarely (if ever) give praise when things go their way.

Atlantic is a group of hard workers (can’t say that for many people in this climate) and they handle the day-to-day very well and they do it professionally. It’s a great company and you should not think twice about doing business with them whether it be renting or using them for your property management needs!“
