He was always available for guidance, answering questions, as well as communicating between the seller and the lender, which saved us more time than I can imagine. My parents had worked with Michael on several transactions in the past and he came highly recommended from them…and he did not disappoint! Michael is absolutely wonderful. We were out of town buyers, which is always more challenging, but Michael guided us through every step of the process and was so patient through our years of looking for just the right home. He made it happen and made the transaction incredibly seamless.
