    I’ve been dealing with arthritis and knee pain for well over a year. I was getting steroid injections, and after a while, they stopped working. I was unable to walk on my own and was wheelchair bound while still working full-time. Although I have a long journey ahead of me, I am not where I used to be! I can’t thank Dr. Milham enough for giving me my life back!

    I've injured my right knee three times. The first time in 1979 for an MCL tear I was put into a full length cast from top of ankle to top of thigh. Second time in 2018 I had a partial ACL tear, meniscus and MCL injury. Had arthroscopy surgery done, plus physical therapy and rehab took 10 months to recover. I was able to return to snow skiing 11 months after the injury. Third time in 2024 I twisted my knee on a slippery surface and weakened it. Dr. Bob did an x-ray and observed scar tissue and unevenness of my cartilage. Given my previous experience of knee injury 'solutions' and my goal to return to snow skiing in 6 months I chose the non-evasive solution... read full review
