It was an outstanding experience working with Jill on remodeling our master bathroom. She was the master coordinator for all of the various workmen coming into our home. Each and every one of her people were courteous, thorough, cleanly, and prompt. We will most definitely be using her again in the near future for the kid's bathroom. Just to give 2 examples of how much she takes pride in her work: After we were all done and she came on our final walk-through, she noticed that a 2 foot section of wall was a little rougher than all of the other sections, and she initiated having her painter come out and redo that section of the wall for us. Jill helped me design and put together my new kitchen. She listened to what I wanted and found the exact right cabinets, countertops, tile, and flooring. She is very organized and makes sure she has everything before the crew starts work so that there’s no wait or lag time. She keeps me informed on progress and timeline. I always know who is coming to work on any given day. Jill listens and makes sure that I get what I want. I highly recommend Jill and her company for renovations.
We were referred to Showcase Design by friends of ours that had their kitchen updated by Showcase Design’s owner Jill Englert. We were very happy with how they handled and oversaw our project. The countertop installation, plumbing & backsplash was flawless and all promises kept. 'Always' onsite when promised. The only disappointment was on ourselves because of our indecisiveness on countertop and backsplash choices.
