Went to Great Clips for a haircut and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly, listened to what I wanted, and did exactly that. The place was clean, and the wait time wasn’t bad at all. Only thing is, they don’t do hair coloring here, but for a quick and affordable haircut, it’s perfect. I left happy with my haircut and will definitely be coming back.
I've been here multiple times for my son's haircut. Most visits were fine—some variation in the cut depending on the stylist, which is expected. But my last visit was disappointing—one stylist was rude and reacted negatively when I didn't tip despite poor service.
Thankfully, today's experience was awesome! The haircut turned out great, and the online check-in made everything smooth.
