we had a wonderful experience with the entire crew at D&H. we stopped for the first time back in May 2023. in Jacksonville Fl, then traveled north to Apex, NC entoute to family. we had severe issues with our 10 year old Happijack motors and legs. we were able to order direct and replace in good time and we were on our way! excellent customer service and support! We soon discovered we had an issue with our propane mode on our Dometic refrigerator. we had to order a Pelican cooler to hold us over from Massachusetts, out to Elkhart Indiana ( where we got a service tech) but we must have overlooked the cause of the problem. unfortunately we didn't stay overnight to confirm whether or not it was fixed. We traveled on But we arranged to stop back in Apex on our journey back to Florida and set up an appointment with D&H again.this time we have John, another very experienced member of the service team and our issues are quickly being resolved. just waiting on one overnight part assembly and having that installed tomorrow and I believe it will be good to go for another decade of Happy Camping! I will try to add an update after the last part is installed. Very grateful!
D&H got us in quick for an inspection and service on a used T@B 320 Boondock Edge we recently purchased . In and out as promised! They installed something in 1 hour that I feared would take me 4. Will be back to get our rig winterized. Thank you.
