Very happy with b&t. During our service appointment they found holes in our very old HVAC unit. It was a gas unit so this held some serious health risk potential. They were able to get us a new unit very quickly and our house has never felt cozier. The installers were very professional and explained everything we asked. Your experience may very but they got our system installed in one day and took the old unit away and left no mess behind.

I chose B&T to replace my 15 yo HVAC system based on the excellent reports of friends and neighbors who had their systems replaced. B&T exceeded my high expectations! They were prompt,courteous, knowledgeable and kept me apprised of their progress. Additionally, they filled the paperwork with Duke Energy so I could get their rebate for replacing and upgrading my system.I highly recommend B&T if you need any HVAC services

Yesterday we had a new furnace installed in the attic and a new air conditioning unit installed in the back. The technicians arrived promptly, were very courteous and explained everything in great detail throughout the installation. Everyone we spoke to from discussing units and costs, making an appointment and technicians were great and able to answer any questions and concerns we had. They are a great company to work with.
