It's a great place. Please disregard Jo Ann Platt comment. Automotive Management always does it's best to help clients. Jo Ann is ill tempered as you can see the way she treats people at Berg Animal Hospital and she writes incorrect reviews even when the company has resolved the issue.

I have worked with Protractor now for seven years. I am very grateful for this program and the support staff that they have. I MUST say a very special thank you to Sue Fisher and her AMAZING knowledge and expertise. Just when I thought I knew the program inside and out, she has shown me new tricks and ways that have made my life in business soooooo much better. Again, thank you for all you do Ms Sue and I look forward to continuing to learn more and more from you.

Protractor is good software (and constantly getting better) - AMS provides great support. While there will be learning challenges with any new software package, Scott Thorley & his customer service team provide the best coaching possible to get you up and running strong. We look forward to continued progress!Edit 06/2021: Since January 2021, we are using Protractor for full back office accounting and have discontinued using QB. While Protractor may not have quite the "eye candy" of QB, it has the tools to cover payables and receivables inside the program, and a full GL reporting system. Handle payroll and pay vendors - print checks right from Protractor.... read full review
