I have used Apex Heating and air for the past few years and have been quite satisfied with their work and responsiveness. As part of my most recent routine Spring maintenance visit my technician, Tristan, was outstanding. He was exceptionally thorough and detailed in his work. He also took the time to answer any questions. I have had many other technicians perform the seasonal maintenance very quickly and skip or gloss over many of the steps. On this visit I truly feel like my HVAC systems got the attention they needed. I would highly recommend Tristan as a technician for your HVAC and hope he is the one who maintains my HVAC systems going forward.

Cameron was very pleasant to work with. He gave me a courtesy call on his way to my house. After his inspection and diagnosis, he explained the root cause of the issue and was able to repair the unit. There was never any scare tactics or at any point made me felt uncomfortable. This was my first experience with APEX heating and air. They will be my go to HVAC provider from here out.

My spring checkup and cleaning was performed today by Apex Heating and Air; 2 gentlemen arrived -on time (in fact, a bit early) and I’m so pleased. Polite and meticulous, both Cameron and Tristan both worked to complete the service. I could not be more pleased! I want a system to be clean and dependable, having a service contract, gives me the peace of mind I need to keep my home comfortable year round. They left my home clean when they were done!
