Sifu Bob is the most amazing! I greatly enjoy going to Tai Chi class at 4 Winds. It helps me de-stress and improve some aches and pains in my body. Everyone is so nice and welcoming! This is second home!!

As a current level 2 Tai Chi student at 4 winds and someone with previous Kung Fu and Tai Chi experience I have to say that Sifu Bob's classes are extraordinary. Every class imparts some new insight that includes the martial application. He's very personable and patient, and the classes are affordable.

I took martial arts with Sifu Bob for a couple of years, starting right before the pandemic. The only reason I'm not there anymore is because I'm in another part of the state. Man, do I miss him and everyone else so much! He taught me so much in 2 years, even through virtual classes when it was needed. Not many instructors have the patience and knowledge to teach their students the way Sifu Bob did. He pushed me to challenge myself and helped me feel stronger and more empowered in my practice. I don't think I'll ever find another instructor like Sifu nor fellow classmates like those at 4 Winds.
