Very unprofessional. Came out four times because my theromstat was reading too high and each time suggested whatever fix took the least amount of effort on their part (including "change your air filter"). They missed one appointment entirely. The last time, they replaced my thermostat - a nice, programmable one - with a bottom-of-the-line model that is experiencing the same problem. Would never hire this company.

I wish I could give lower than one star. My AC went out and this company came out and supposedly fixed it. Well, it turns out they likely just put Refrigerant in the system without fixing anything. A few weeks later, my AC is out again. They tell me someone is coming out again. When they do show up they tell me the AC is frozen but someone would be back in the afternoon. No one comes. I call back. They tell me that the guy is running late but someone would be here at 7PM. No one calls no one comes. I call at 7 and they tell me no one is coming out until tomorrow. This is past normal business hours now and I'm stuck with a house that is 86 degrees. THESE PEOPLE ARE... read full review
