Worst orthodontist office I have ever seen! They are charging us 10K for a top set of braces. That’s with insurance that they claim ran through. They are aware of our insurance but somehow have turned their eyes on the fact that the patient in my family has a severe mental condition. They were hospitalised last April and when we disclosed that they were hospitalised for their condition they continued to move forward with providing them a contract. This is two months after hospitalisation and patient was not back to normal. They also did not provide them any paperwork to disclose medical history for proper treatment. When we informed them that the contract is bad because there is medical proof that patient was not in the right headspace they have denied that they have committed any malpractice and acted like they had no idea. First of all an orthodontist is in the medical family how do you people not know important information regarding your patients overall health and medications they are on. There are so many red flags regarding this business and their ethical moral practices. Any doctor willing to work on any patient without understanding their full medical history is 100% in the wrong. Especially when contracts are involved.

Do not go here! They are not organized with payments and tell you,you owe more than what you do! 2 years with braces and took them off before they were straight. Go anywhere else!
