Our primary care clinic for a few decades now... we see and just love Erica Bateman. People are very nice. They have their lab and never even feel the needle blood draws!
It's also close, convenient, just moved into a new facility too! Everything is very nice. They call and do follow-up, reminders, ... again very nice people.
And this visit their network was down, I think a lot of Angier was down. But, they got their notepads out and never missed a beat.
We are always in and out very timely. But we are never rushed, never left unanswered, or such. And Erica answers questions and such though the web portal too.
I LOVE seeing Amber...she listens and there's nothing you cant share with her. She address any issues you may be having. Brittany is AMAZING at lab work...quick pleasant and professional!! Front desk adapt to any unforeseeable issues and are pleasant without transferring their anxiety on you...I never died going to this health facility.
I had a scheduled 6 month check up. Erica took her time and addressed all of my concerns. She was very professional, and seems to really care about my heath. I am totally satisfied with the care and treatment that I received. It is so nice to have a doctor that takes the time to listen to my concerns and truly wants to help me live a productive life. Highly recommend.
