Our inspector Dustin Elder provided a thorough, understandable, and helpful report detailing and ranking issues he uncovered in the house we recently purchased. He helped us understand what was normal, what needed immediate attention, and what would eventually need repair or monitoring. Dustin was also very prompt and professional with a nice sense of humor.
