Terry L. Smith Construction is great. Mr Smith built me a beautiful new home with everything I asked for. He put together a great team of professionals who gave me a spacious, modern and comfortable home. Mr Smith is very reliable and pays attention to all the details. I am very happy to recommend Terry L. Smith Construction Company to build it, whatever your needs are.

Terry Smith is a GREAT, GREAT contractor, and I highly recommend him!! Since I was unsuccessful in picking a house plan for our perfect home within our price range, Terry took every detail we told him into account and chose a house plan that he could build for us within our price range. The plan he showed us had everything plus some that we wanted in a home. We signed with Terry Smith Construction toward the end of August 2022 and moved into our beautiful home February 8, 2023. We started our journey with Terry L Smith Construction in 2021. Building a house in North Carolina while we were in New York was a challenge but Terry and his team helped us every step of the way. They worked with us on the home design and building material suggestions, which were all top notch. The use of local contractors for custom cabinets, stonework, cement, and tile was very important and we couldn't be happier with the work all the craftsman did in the home. The thought and care went beyond a standard builder. Terry L Smith and his team did not build a house they built us a quality custom home that we will cherish for years to come. The price came in on our budget estimate. We are very pleased with our new home and everyone at Terry L. Smith Construction.
