Our experience was great! It was very easy to get an appointment for a service check since our usual place went out of business. John came out and checked every thing. He was courteous, knowledgeable,friendly and polite. He explained a lot of things we weren’t sure about. The office staff when called to make the appointment was very friendly and answered all questions we had. We will definitely recommend this company to family and friends

Response to my call for service was handled professionally and quickly. The technician (Robbie) was knowledgeable and although he made a mistake requiring a second visit, he did a good job making the repair. The only complaint I have is with the cost. I know how expensive everything is now but the price of parts used seemed to be excessive. I asked that a review of my charges be conducted and was pleased to learn that an adjustment will be made. I suppose anyone can make a mistake.

Jonathan was the technician Deeck sent out to fix the heat. He was on time, very respectful and kind. He took the time to answer questions and explain everything in simple terms. You can tell he takes pride in his work and company and actually cares that the customers have the repairs done properly for a reasonable price. And the lady that took my call was very kind as well. I will be using this company going forward.
