I had a heating emergency and Jeff came out within about an hour after he wrapped up another after hours call. He was extremely nice, knowledgeable and didn’t mind me watching while he diagnosed the problem. He talked me through everything he did, why he was doing it and what the possible issue was. Initially he thought maybe the motor on my furnace had died out but after deeper diagnostics he found something stuck in it. Removed it and did his job to get the motor spinning. I am so so appreciative of his thoroughness and HONESTY!! Even went the extra mile and told me to make sure I had working co2 monitors , which honestly needed the batteries changed. He could have easily diagnosed it as the motor being burnt out and tried to have me pay over $600 worth of parts and repairs but he found the cause and fixed it!! He is such a sweet person and I’m sooo grateful the problem wasn’t any worse than we thought. I would absolutely love to have him come out in the future for maintenance and repairs!! Deeck Mechanical, you did your big one by hiring Mr. Jeff. He is such an asset!!

Amazing, awesome, fantastic, fabulous can’t even describe how this company operates! From our first contact with Kristen and Zach we were impressed by the quality customer service we received. Deeck Mechanical was out quickly assessed our needs and within just a few days they were here. Nick, Garrett, Willy and Tristan were our installers. It was about 90 degrees with a heat index of 96 but they worked through. They worked efficiently and had our entire unit replaced within hours and our house was cooling completely. Nick noticed we had a problem with our dryer vent and sent Eddie and Ty out to fix our vent. Extraordinarily Awesome! I can’t believe the quality of the unit and thermostat. But the customer service is beyond anything I could or can imagine! Excellent job Deeck Mechanical.
