I Called John he said I'm going home that way I'll stop by and see what I can do. He was there in about 15 minutes. It took him about 15 minutes to find and with in 30 minutes had it fixed. My wife was happy so I was happy. https://youtu.be/0JfyfH67gBk

Went to my Mother’s house on a Saturday and realized her heat wasn’t working. Called Masters hoping they could send a technician out the same day to look at the HVAC system. John answered the phone and said he could be there between 9:30 and 10:00 and he showed up right on time. Unlucky for me, the heating unit needed a part which had to ordered. John ordered the parts and a couple of days later when the parts came in, John sent out a technician who again showed up on time and installed the parts in minutes. We had a small AC emergency. We are from out of town and were hoping to find an HVAC technician that could come out today which is a long shot. Well, we got Maurice and he was amazing! He came out and he fixed the AC and it wasn't top expensive. We're so glad he came and did such a great job. Thank you!!Service: A/C system repair
