For starters they came to my house to give me a price and were ready to clean my carpets if I agreed to it. Also if I had decided that price was too high they wouldn't have charged a dime. Second, the fact they took time to answer my questions and explain things to me. They told me certain spots would come back and why. The spots did come back but it wasnt until it was time for another cleaning. I will definitely be recommending them to others.“
