They were great! Very friendly and polite employee who came to help me, I wish I’d gotten his name. He was asking about my car and was very cooperative and kind and helpful. The only issue was that there was a bit of a long wait time, about 45 minutes to one hour, but they were busy and they had to come from Advance to clemmons so that might be why. They’re the cheapest around and they did a great job, seriously y’all! I was pretty nervous throughout the situation but they were awesome. I’ll definitely call y’all again if I need help! :)

Greg Mitchem done an outstanding job! He was super nice, very professional and extremely safe. I would definitely call him again if a needed another tow. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Great service.

Triple AAA couldn’t send a tow truck from 3:14 - 5:00 or 8:00 - 9:30 the next day so I call Piedmont Towing. The driver was there within an hour. I didn’t cancel the request with Triple A. I’m curious to see exactly how long they take to respond. Thanks Piedmont Towing!
