The highlights of this organization would be promptness, awesome customer service interaction with everyone from the initial call (Lisa), through service completion, wide ranging knowledge base, friendly and very respectful interaction with good people and their wholesome intentions regarding resolving your issue(s). Tony Swails and his crew did and awesome job in record time! This company is awesome!
Straight skinny with no BS. Had no problems with Sandhills Heating. Communication was clear, services and products offered were clear, pricing was also clear. I had another contract in hand from another company and I was ready to go with them. After a detailed conversation with Robert McDaniels I changed over. I’ve had whole home generators installed previously in a different location. Robert’s technical knowledge combined with the services offered by his company persuaded me to change. The coordination with the power company, propane company, town inspector (permit) and Sandhills Heating was easily managed. Mostly by Sandhills Heating which was nice. Sandhills HVAC technician, Gavin, srrived on time. He began checking the HVAC to see what was causing our concern to wit: the unit keeps running but would not reach cooling temperature we set. He came back to us and said we might need coolant. Then he checked the air handler. He told us there might be a lea and asked if we wanted to pay for a leak check. We agreed so he charged us $117.00 dollars. We asked why this wasn’t done during the annual maintenance check. Gavin explained maintenance does not include that.
