My one complaint is the price of the call. $95 for the assessment I understand; yet $150 to drain a pump and vacuum some water is excessive. ($250 total). Absolutely no complaint about paying the fee as I did agree. However, I would think $75 for a half hour of labor is more reasonable.“

Called a different place because it came up on Google first and they said it would be tomorrow before they’d make it out.
