I have extreme dental anxiety and the staff is amazing they never make you feel ashamed or embarrassed I’ve never had an unpleasant visit very nice workers and the dentist is very nice
I had a great experience with this office. I had called back in November to schedule a new patient appt. Decided to wait until January due to holidays, vacation etc. to make the appt. Upon check in the receptionist sweetly asked me how my trip to Disney was, I was blown away by the attention to detail! Cassie and Kristy were phenomenal, I’ve never felt so relaxed in a dental chair. Dr. Patel is equally as great as the rest of his staff. I’m so happy I found this office! See you all in 6 months ☺️
I just had the most wonderful experience at Dogwood Dental in Albemarle! Everyone, and I mean absolutely everyone in the office was welcoming, friendly, professional, and caring. I will no longer dread going to the dentist. The staff is everything you could possibly want for your dental team. Scheduling, insurance confirmation, the appointment, and checkout were all a breeze and pleasant experiences. I highly recommend!
