I was suffering from severe pain in my shoulder and numbness in my arm. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I hadn't had feeling except pain and tingling in my arm for 2 months. After 1 massage with Michelle I had the feeling back in my arm. I go once a month and I can't believe the difference in my body. I would highly recommend for anyone suffering

Last week I was able to get treatment at Vitality Massage with Michele Arseneault for the first time. It was a fabulous experience! From the moment I entered the calm serene space, I was able to relax and be present for my treatment. Michele listened to what my needs were and validated for me, what I was feeling in terms of pain. I go to Michelle for massage, I always have tightness in my neck and shoulders from my job. She is absolutely the best especially if you enjoy getting your neck and shoulders done. I've been to many different ones and no one does it quite like her. She has so much knowledge. You won't be disappointed no matter what you are seeing her for.

I have had wonderful experiences with the services offered at Vitality! Bowen with Michelle helped relieve some knee pain that I had been experiencing. I also enjoy Scosha’s TCM treatments including acupuncture and fire cupping. If you need to relax and unwind, Vitality is a great place to go

Kent here, I have had 2 one hour sessions of reflexology with Michele Arseneault. One on the 29 Dec.,2020 and just yesterday on the 4, of Feb., 2021. My over all physical well being has improved. I have less aches and pains, my breathing has improved and my daily walk of one hour is not a chore but something I look forward to now, because the range of motion in my legs and feet has dramatically improved, since trying reflexology.
