A couple of weeks ago, I was the fifth in line with 4 more vehicles behind me. I arrived at 12:00 noon and at 12:30 I still hadn't moved. The fellow next up got out of his car but couldn't see into the wash bay. He then went and tried all the doors, and all were locked! By the time I got out of there I had spent exactly 55 minutes watching frustrated people!! NOT GOOD business practice period!!“
