We purchased our mini home 6 years ago and just as happy today as we were then. Matt and team great to work with and any problems ( very few and small at that) were handled right away. We heat completely with a heat pump (16 × 74) and are very comfortable with the highest bill being this past month at $265.

Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and the experience of dealing with Oakhill Homes. Their subcontractors were polite and efficient at getting the work done. Yes, there were a few minor issues, but within 2 weeks of moving in, they were all addressed to our satisfaction. They walked us through the house and explained all the essentials.
Jim Middleton, our salesman, and Troy, the maintenance man, were both very easy to deal with. Based on our experience, which was 3 years from first talking to them and deciding to sell our home, until we moved into our new home, I would recommend them without hesitation.
