Wonderful staff and facility! I had an infected injury, and I was able to get in the first day and have it seen. The staff, nurses, and doctor were all uniformly professional, friendly and reassuring- the doctor even booked me in for follow up visits with her, which was amazing since I was very anxious.

It does take some repeated calling at 8 am to get an appointment, but that's almost certainly just a function of the demand so isn't really avoidable. Either way, my experience couldn't really have been better - other than not injuring myself in the first place, of course.

Have been a few times over the past years and they have always ben really good, doctors are nice and willing to help. Yes there can be a wait or hard to get an appointment but I think this is a healthcare issue and not necessarily this locations fault!
Calling first thing in the morning for an appointment is the best way!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jules. He was very kind, patient, and truly listened to me. I felt heard, supported, and well cared for during my visit. It’s rare to meet a doctor with so much compassion and understanding. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Jules to anyone looking for an attentive and caring physician.
