Went for a consultation about removing redness from my face with the owner; was so excited about finally going and left completely disappointed and in tears. What I thought was going to be a great experience had me feeling like I was just being thrown a sales pitch about all sorts of products and procedures, they were very pushy about getting this all done without me taking time to consider.My mother actually went through with the redness deducting procedure a couple years back and the girl there kept trying to squeeze product out of an empty bottle because she didn't want to bother opening a new one since it was expensive. Have been to Sheila's Day Spa for laser treatments, and do find that she is a very gentle and approachable. The treatments do work. Her Day Spa is very clean and inviting, There is ample parking. Would go back any time I am in the area.
Poor customer service - they make you feel like they just want to take your money but don't care about serving you. Very pushy with selling THEIR products and knocking down whatever you are currently using. Sheila openly criticises doctors' advice and procedures. Booked a peel and was scheduled instead for a $65 consultation without being told when the appointment was booked. Can also find much better prices for products online. Would NEVER go back to this place!
