i had a situation where i placed an online order for home delivery, but it got lost. when i contacted customer support about it, they sent me the exact same items for free. and when i finally received the new package, the post office found the previous one, so i reached out to customer support again to ask if i needed to return it—and they said no! also, the store employees are always polite, friendly, and helpful. i never have any problems, and i’m always satisfied with my purchases and shopping experience
I went with my friend today and Cole was such a huge help. He came up to us as soon as we came in and just let us know he was there if we needed help with anything. We looked around for a bit and ended up asking him a few questions and he was such a huge help. Some of the products I was looking for were not in stock and he found me great substitutions and I’m so excited to use them! Best customer service in a Sephora tbh
I frequently visit this location and overall, I’m pleased with my experience here. The store carries a wide variety of products, which is great because I usually shop for perfumes while my wife focuses on skincare and cosmetics.
During our visit yesterday, we didn’t require assistance, as my wife quickly found what she needed. The staff is usually proactive and attentive, which I really appreciate.
The only downside yesterday was the cashier at checkout, who didn’t seem very welcoming—she wasn’t smiling and gave off a bit of a frown. It didn’t ruin the visit, but it did stand out.
