Meh. The service I’ve received here is good, staff is super patient (even when I’ve got my loud kiddo in a stroller with me), and always around to help. However corporate has not set them up for success - no samples available? So annoying! I’ve purchased and returned a lot of product because of not being able to just try samples for a few tries (sensitive skin plus I’m just picky when I pay sephora prices). Also they don’t offer any beauty services because corporate won’t just pay to get them properly certified as estheticians.
I want to say thank you to the most amazing representative in the Saint John store. She was so friendly and helpful and made my experience in store wonderful. She’s is from Dominican and named Maressa. Thank you!
I went in today with my daughter and the lady who helped us was freaking amazing and so helpful and kind. I hate to say I can't remember if her name was Meaghan or Morgan. But she had a cute cat headband with a bow.
