Fitness facility with some perks. The hydro chairs are great for my aging back. Would highly recommend that. Sometimes its even worth just going for that. Manager is good, receptive. Would recommend
Great gym for regular people who are not powerlifting. Good atmosphere. Patrons are respectful and helpful. Lots of cardio machines and exercise machines.
