I found myself in a difficult situation and I went in to this location expecting the worst - with very little hope. Then I got there and spoke to Joanne. Not only did Joanne help me with my situation, she was also kind, personable, knowledgeable, empathetic and professional. Having people like Joanne on the “front lines” can truly be the difference in the outcome of someone’s day/week/month. Taking an already awkward and unfortunate situation and making it comfortable and easy is what will set this location apart from all of the others. From all 4 locations in the Saint John area (now just the 1) I've always had a great experience with them any day or night in the last 12 or 13 years now! Very thorough when explaining any answers to questions or concerns I may have had from cashing cheques, paying on bills or money transfers.

Amazing customer service today at this location. My mom was having awful luck and service with her bank today and the lady helping us really came through with kind, excellent service and explained everything beautifully right down to their promotions they were offering. Would rate 6 stars if could
