I did not rent from this company. But, I did do a viewing of their Coldbrook Crescent apartments in Saint John a couple months ago. If you look at the listings for these apartments the images usually look pretty nice.

The apartments themselves are awful. I remember smelling cigarette smoke in the buildings basically as soon as I walked in. The apartments themselves do not live up to their ads. These rent for about 1250+. The manager of the area was nice. But the buildings/units felt almost insulting for the price.

lived here for a few months in 2016... worse conditions and management than prison, we had a broken mail box that could be opened by sticking your finger in the hole and pushing the mechanism many reports of mold and general nastiness in multiple units that were simply disregarded. 1 star is not low enough. the current conditions of living sound worse from what i read.

The building is poorly maintained. The concrete to the exterior of the building is damaged, which caused my apartment, and others to have leaks in the ceiling during heavy rain storms, to which the damages to the exterior concrete were never fixed. The apartment windows are old and drafty in the winter. Many of the apartments have mold in them. The parking lot is full of pot holes. There are only 5 washers and 5 dryers in a building with close to 100 apartments. Many of the other tenants make messes in the common areas and do not respect the building. The garbage chute in the building is usually always blocked and closed for use.
