I can not begin to explain how happy I am with the work that Rick and his team did for me. I had my transmission built, from another shop, that from day one was causing me problems. I took it back to the original shop, told them what my concerns were, they fixed a couple things and said that they couldn't get it to act up anymore, so as far as they were concerned the transmission was fixed. The next time I hooked my trailer up and went for a drive, the exact same thing happened. I was so frustrated with the situation that I dealt with the problem for two years, because it would only really cause problems while towing.
My regular garage recommended King Transmission as they do not do transmissions. Took it in thankfully it was just a sensor issue, but while it was up in the air Rick noticed another issue that would need fixing sooner rather than later. He offered to fix it or I could schedule another appointment with them or my regular garage. I appreciate honesty and good customer service. Thanks

They did a drain/fill for my transmission. They didn't offer to change the filter which is how I know they are an honest shop - the transmission filter for my car is not possible to replace. Thanks.
