Terrible service. They damaged my tire and did not disclose it to and later when I found out they denied. When asked to share the videos, no response. It costed me having to replace all the tires again. The receptionist both the old lady and man are rude. No time etiquette’s, they say an hour but make you wait like 2 hours and until approached they never start working on your vehicle. Would never suggest going to this store.
Booked an appointment, went there on time, even had a car part that needed to be replaced to fix the issue. They just made me sit there for 2 hours and didn’t bother to check the car. I asked if someone can take a look and give me an ETA. All they said was “mechanic is busy”. I just had to leave after wasting 2 hours. They could have booked me at 2pm.. 4pm.. or on next day!! WHY WOULD YOU BOOK SOMEONE JUST TO MAKE THEM WAIT?
Paul, Tim, Austin and the crew are always polite, honest and friendly. Not once have i thought i was over paying or have been given advice that wasn't in my best interest.Great job Paul in building a strong team and a honest business.
