Terrina is wonderful to deal with. So easy and convenient, but her customer service is top notch. Even when things got confusing or took longer than expected she made sure to have everything finalized before closing. She also contacted me after for a followup. Clearly explained the amounts, process, etc. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I was extremely impressed with Sandy's customer service, normally I have anxiety about making phone calls and she made the process very easy and pleasant. She went over all the details with me before anything was finalized, and then walked me through everything I needed to do to finalize the loan step by step. The process was much easier than I expected, and the rates are great!She was very friendly, and I definitely recommend her and fairstone to anyone who is looking for their services. Will definitely be keeping them in mind if I ever need another loan in the future!
