How a company reacts when they make a mistake is a very good way to judge their performance as a business. And although they made a mistake, Russell went out of his way to make sure that I was not only looked after and the mistake rectified, but that my vehicle left his premises in perfect order. And he did it all with impeccable manners, grace, authority and a terrific sense of humor. I now know why he is senior service manager. And also why he has been with the company for 31 years.
