Thanks to the staff at Best Buy. Saturday and today I accompanied a friend with difficulties communicating to Best Buy. The staff members were outstanding. respectful, kind and helpful as they reached a solution to her tech problems.
The staff here are wonderful - friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful. Most impressive of all, they somehow managed to get Batman as the manager. Not sure how Best Buy swung that one but it's pretty cool.
A high five to associate named "Curtis ", in electronics dept. He was super informative about product I was seeking after. And helped me with an issue I had with a device. Was friendly and courteous. Thank you Curtis. Also "Anthony ", at customer service desk. Thank you for friendly courteous service. So much appreciated. Terrific store!
