John and his team do great work in a timely fashion. Big or small jobs, John was willing to come out to do the work. He provided his opinion as to what would be best, but also other options that one could take. Estimates and final invoices matched, i.e. no surprises in pricing. We found him and his team reliable and professional. If there are things beyond his scope, i.e. a different trade, he can recommend other people who do good work. All in all very happy with the work performed.

I had the pleasure of having Jackie over today to check a kitchen outlet at my mothers house The issue was resolved in 2 minutes. They were kind and curtious and were reasonable on the charge of this call. We are grateful!

I had a 30 amp outlet for my dryer that wasn’t supplying enough power. Jackie was able to quickly diagnose the issue and fix it within a couple of minutes. A fuse had blown in an old secondary fuse box I didn’t even know I had. She explained all of this to me and told me how I could fix it myself if another fuse were to blow. I was very happy with her exceptional customer service. Thank you Jackie!
