Imagine my surprise when, on a Sunday no less, I got a call to clear up two things I'd overlooked on my order. One was the name of the recipient, although I had the correct address and the other was that I had omitted to leave my name at the end of the message for the recipient. Two very minor details that could easily have been passed over as not important. It's attention to small details like that that made me supremely confident that my flowers would be everything I hoped they would. I mean, if Blooms cares enough for those details, I can only imagine the love they give to their flowers. Thank you.“
