Customers appreciate the helpful staff, especially for special orders like centerpieces, and find the prices reasonable. The owner is friendly and attentive, making shopping a pleasant experience. While some feel the shop could be more welcoming in greeting customers, many love the beautiful plants, roses, and unique items. Overall, it is a lovely place to find flowers and gifts, and it remains one of the favorite spots in town.
This store is such an absolute delight. A true plant lover's dream. So whimsical, held in a large house that is stuffed to the brim with a wide selection of plants and very cute pots (pro tip, you don't have to buy the pot just because the plant is currently sitting in it; you can buy just the plant or even just the pot). Reasonable prices and friendly, kind staff. Can't say anything bad about this place. I cannot go to Sackville without stopping in, and I will travel just to visit this store. A favourite for sure.
Talk about amazing service. I ordered a bouquet to be sent to a friend in Sackville which is not only not my town, but it's out-of-province for me. Imagine my surprise when, on a Sunday no less, I got a call to clear up two things I'd overlooked on my order. One was the name of the recipient, although I had the correct address and the other was that I had omitted to leave my name at the end of the message for the recipient. Two very minor details that could easily have been passed over as not important.
