They only see the actual patients of the doctors. No outsiders are welcome anymore. Not really an after hours clinic as far as I'm concerned.

Physically impossible to make an appointment. Tried for hours on multiple ocassions and line is always busy. I can't get in to see my family doctor. There needs to be a better system, a way to leave a voicemail or something. This is pathetic

I started to call at 4:50 (just in case) and kept hitting instant redial until 5:30 (158 calls), and never got through. How exactly does one get through to make an appt??? There needs to be a better system.

Just don’t waste your time all they want is your money,if it needs to be actually looked at just go to the hospital.

Google does not show the correct address. The after hours clinic is at 140 Hampton Road (beside Sobeys)

Extremely friendly receptionist. She was kind and understanding. I explained my complaint and symptoms, and was given an appointment. She actually called me back 10 minutes later and was told she could fit me in at an earlier time.

What exactly is purpose of after hours clinic???A call was placed today by a relative today April 23rd 2019 got thru to secretary explained the problem the boyfriend is having and secretary said he needs to see family doctor. When did Secretaries become the Doctor..,thus my question......what exactly is the purpose of after hours clinic. Secretary would not give him an appointment. The family doctor is away til April 25th. Lets see if this gets answered.

Tried to make an appointment for a non-emergency and was refused service. Secretary was as unprofessional as I’ve ever encountered.
